On request all replaced parts are available for inspection at the time of collection.
We operate a 12-month or 12,000 mile guarantee on all parts and workmanship (whichever is the sooner). You also have the additional reassurance of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Should you have any queries or if you wish to make a claim against any part of our guarantee, please return your car to your nearest centre for inspection by our manager.
Your statutory rights as a Consumer are unaffected.

We use the latest equipment and only fit parts that are made to original equipment (OE) standards meaning you are guaranteed the highest levels of safety as designed by your vehicle manufacturer.
All parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is sooner) and if you find the same goods or service cheaper (within 3 miles of the Autocentre and 7 days), we will refund the difference.
